Basic Cleaning 

Single Maid Arrives to clean for approximately 3 to 4 hrs. If supplies and equipment are requested, there is an additional charge to cover delivery. Although Express Maid Service implies standard cleaning, NY Maids’ standards are well above average. *Some jobs may vary because of time limitations or other circumstances.
Examples of what this service may include are:

• bath tub and shower area disinfected and scrubbed
• Toilets scrubbed and disinfected
• Sinks thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
• Floors swept and mopped
• Vanity top cleaned (more time may be required to remove and replace items on top)
• Mirrors cleaned
• Trash emptied
• Outside of cabinets cleaned
• Countertops and backsplashes cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
• Exterior and interior of appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (interior of refrigerator may be cleaned upon request if time allows)
• Window sills cleaned
• Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
• Dishes washed
• Carpets vacuumed
• Linens changed (if left out – notify office if more than one linen change is needed)
• Knick knacks dusted
• Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
• Baseboards dusted
• Cobwebs cleared
• Light, general straightening up
• Laundry folded and put away (if requested and time allows)
• Light vacuuming of upholstered furniture
